As a Night Shift Nurse, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive care to patients during the night, ensuring their well-being and comfort. You will collaborate closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality service that meets patient needs and clinic standards.

Your responsibilities include:
Providing direct care to patients during the night shift, monitoring their health status and responding to their needs.
Administering medications in accordance with medical orders and clinic protocols.
Performing ongoing assessments of patient status, documenting any changes in their condition.
Collaborating with the medical team in implementing treatment and care plans.
Ensuring medical records are up to date and meet clinical and regulatory standards.
Responding to medical emergencies quickly and effectively, ensuring patient stability.
Maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for patients overnight.
Technical Requirements:
Registered Nurse (RN) License
Diploma in nursing or related field
Minimum of 2 years experience in hospitals or clinics, preferably on night shift.
Knowledge of intensive care, post-operative care, and emergency management.
Ability to use medical equipment and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Life Support (ACLS) will be valued.
