Technically, we value:
Active license as a Nurse in the US (RN).
Minimum 5 years of experience in nursing leadership roles.
Experience in managing large and diverse teams in hospital settings.
Knowledge in the implementation and evaluation of quality indicators in health.
Mastery of hospital management tools and systems.
